PRODUCTS
All products are produced handmade with high quality standards and care. However, we don’t work in a mass production approach, so products vary little on shape, size and color by nature. When buying a product, you as a customer understand possible varieties on products and agree not to complain about the item’s small differences compared to the photo.
Please use our products as you wish but don’t forget to take care of them as given in the product page. Showing care keeps them in good condition for longer time.
PRICES
Prices in the web shop are stated in US Dollars ($) including 18% VAT. When ordering, customer is responsible of any additional costs such as taxes or duty costs. My Angels Gather Here – Miyav keeps the right to change product prices.
ORDERS
You’ll receive two emails after placing order:
- Right after placing the order ordering with the details the order
- When your order has been fulfilled
All orders will be handled within 2 business days after the order.
Every product page has up-to-date information about the current stock. Please keep it in mind when ordering. Usually your order will (at latest) be on it’s way to you within 3 days after ordering.
PAYMENTS
With us you can pay with Credit Cards.
Invoices are possible on request, but at the moment only in Turkey. Please contact us for further advice.
All prices include 18% VAT, for as My Angels Gather Here – Miyav is the legitimate company registered in Turkey.
SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide. As you can imagine, shipping times and costs vary depending on the region. We tried to keep the shipping costs as simple as possible. We have only two shipping prices no matter how large or small your order is:
Europe and North America $5 (On average it takes around 2 weeks, but take up to 3 weeks to deliver, depending on shipping company’s load)
Other parts of the world $7 (On average it takes around 3 weeks, but it may take longer due to shipping company’s load)
COMPLAINS AND RETURNS
We believe customers are our most important asset and all problems can be solved.
If you face any issues with your order, please contact us first, using the Contact Form. All orders are privileged to 14 days to return in the following cases: You can return it if it’s not the ordered item, wrong colour, wrong size etc.
Right to return the item is only valid if you contact us first. If you do as we asked, then returning is free of charge. If you do not contact us within the 14 days and ask for return your order or parts of it, we are not responsible to take your order back and any cost to you.
Cases for money-back will be reviewed separately case by case.
Again, we believe everything can be sorted, just contact us if you have any problems with your order.
LEGAL
Turkish law & regulations are applied to all disputes related to the My Angels Gather Here – Miyav web shop or to these Terms & Conditions.
SECURITY
We never give customers data to any third parties. The private information you give us is only used to fulfill your order.
FORCE MAJEURE
If My Angels Gather Here – Miyav fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then My Angels Gather Here – Miyav cannot be held responsible.
